Anna Nosková
Chairperson
Anna Nosková comes from a Jewish family originally from Odessa and Prague. She served as chairwoman of the Czech Union of Jewish Youth and is a member of the Schusterman Foundation’s ROI community, which brings together the most inspiring Jewish leaders from a wide range of professions around the world. She graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University and currently heads the Life.cz project for Forbes Czech Republic. In 2019, she co-founded the progressive Jewish community Ec chajim and became its chairwoman. She speaks Russian, English, German, Spanish, Italian, and, of course, Czech. Together with her husband, she is raising a daughter and a son.

Judita Maxa Bergmannová
Board member
Judita Maxa Bergmannová comes from a Jewish family in Prague and is a historian by profession; she studied history at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University. She then spent a year at the Conservative Yeshiva in Jerusalem, where she focused on the study of traditional Jewish religious texts. While in Israel, she also completed the Bergman Seminar for Progressive Jewish Educators, organized by the World Union for Progressive Judaism (WUPJ). In our community, she focuses primarily on working with children, organizing activities for women, and planning a wide variety of events. In addition to Czech, she is fluent in English and has a passive knowledge of Hebrew. She is interested in literature, art, and cultural and social events.

Kateřina Weberová
Board member
Kateřina Weberová studied Jewish Studies at the Hussite Theological Faculty of Charles University. She works as a teacher of Jewish studies and Hebrew at the Lauder Schools in Prague. She also teaches courses on the basics of Judaism and modern Hebrew in our community. She has extensive experience coordinating progressive Jewish communities and Jewish education, and she participates in international training programs and seminars. Together with her husband, she is raising two daughters.
